Using ShipperHQ with DDI Inform
Setting up Origins
For accurate shipping rate calculations, the Origin ZIP Code configured in DDI Inform must match an Origin Name in ShipperHQ. For instance, if an Origin has the ZIP Code 90210, ensure an Origin named "90210" is set up in ShipperHQ. While Origins can be set manually, for multiple Origins, it's efficient to generate a vendor report from DDI Inform. Convert this report into ShipperHQ's Origin bulk import format and upload it. Once imported, connect each Origin to the relevant Website and Carriers within ShipperHQ.
Configuring Products in DDI Inform
Products in DDI Inform can be set up for ShipperHQ via the Product Purchasing tab. Ensure a weight is specified for ShipperHQ to calculate shipping rates. Assign a product to an Origin based on the settings in the Product Master purchasing tab, Vendor master purchasing tab, or Vendor master ZIP Code.
