This guide helps you create a flat rate carrier option that offers customers a fixed shipping rate, regardless of item weight or cart quantity. 😊
Steps
- In ShipperHQ, add a new Custom Rate Carrier through the "Carriers" tab or the Marketplace.
- Name your carrier. You can change this anytime.
- On the Basic panel, select an "Attached Origin" and assign a Carrier Title for display.
- Define package restrictions or fees in the Package and Fees tabs.
- Use the Optional tab for zone and geographic restrictions like delivery radius.
- Check "Restrict Carrier to Specified Radius" to limit the carrier's delivery range.
In the Rates panel, set your Flat Rate Shipping amount, such as $5.95. 💡 Set this rate per order, item, or package.
