Requirements

  • You'll need a registered account with Custom Co. Freight.
  • Have your Custom Co. Username and Password ready for connecting your account.
  • If you don't have an account, contact Custom Co. Freight to create one and obtain your credentials. 💡
  • Ensure the LTL Freight Advanced Feature is enabled in ShipperHQ. Learn how to enable LTL Freight.

Carrier Installation

  1. From your ShipperHQ dashboard, locate the Carriers link on the left navigation menu and click to enter.

  2. Select +New to create a new carrier.

    Click New to configure a new carrier.

  3. Choose the option to See All Live Rate Carriers.

  4. Use the search field to enter "Custom" to quickly find and install this carrier.

  5. Click on the Custom Co. Freight Icon and proceed to the next screen.

    Select and install Custom Co Freight for this case.

  6. Select the option to Enter Credentials if you have them. If you haven't yet obtained them, you can choose to Skip and Enter Later.
  7. Enter your Custom Co. username and password when prompted to complete the setup.
