Are you setting up ShipperHQ on Magento 2? You'll need to add your Shipping Groups, Origins, Boxes, or Pickup Locations from ShipperHQ to your products. 😊 This guide is specifically for Magento 2. For Magento 1, please see the document here.

Steps

  1. Ensure that you've synchronized ShipperHQ to your Magento instance. This step ensures that your Shipping Groups, Origins, Boxes, and Pickup Locations are available in Magento 2.
  2. Go to Products → Catalog and select the product to which you'd like to add your Shipping Group, Origin, or Pickup Location.
  3. To assign Shipping Groups, Origins, or Pickup Locations, locate the 'Shipping' panel under the product details. To assign Boxes, find the 'Dimensional' category. 💡 Boxes must be set to not apply to all products in ShipperHQ to show up under attributes.

  4. Select the Box, Shipping Group, Origin, or Pickup you're looking for, and save.
