ShipperHQ provides merchants with the ability to prioritize carriers displayed to customers at checkout 😊. Carrier prioritization allows you to set up a secondary carrier that appears only if the primary carrier doesn’t serve a particular region.

  • An active and enabled carrier

How to Enable Carrier Prioritization

Follow these steps to enable Carrier Prioritization:

  1. Log into your ShipperHQ account.
  2. Navigate to the Carriers dashboard.
  3. Click the Settings option above the Carriers table on the right-hand side.
  4. Check the Allow Carrier Prioritization checkbox.
  5. Click the Apply button.

How to Configure Carrier Prioritization

Here's how to configure Carrier Prioritization:

  1. From the Carriers dashboard, select your desired carrier from the carrier table.
  2. Click the Optional tab.
  3. Scroll to the Prioritize Carrier section.
  4. Choose the carrier(s) you want to hide from the Hide other carriers dropdown menu.
  5. Click the Save button.

These carriers will be hidden from customers at checkout 😊.
