Steps to Obtain Your API Key and Authentication Code from ShipperHQ

  1. Log into your ShipperHQ account.
  2. Navigate to the Basic Setup > Websites dashboard.
  3. Click the desired website.
  4. Click the Integrations tab.
  5. View the generated access token in the field provided.

Connecting ShipperHQ to Cart.com

  1. After obtaining your API Key and Authentication Code, log into your Cart.com storefront.
  2. Go to Settings > Shipping > Shipping Providers.
  3. Click the Pencil icon next to ShipperHQ to edit it.
  4. Check the Active checkbox.
  5. Enter your API Key and Authentication Code from above and click Save.
