This document outlines how to obtain your Kuehne+Nagel LTL+ credentials, which ShipperHQ uses to pull live rates from your Kuehne+Nagel LTL+ account. It also details how to connect these credentials to ShipperHQ.

Requirements

You need these credentials to validate your account with ShipperHQ for real-time ratings. If you already have a Kuehne+Nagel account, contact your sales representative to obtain:

  • A registered account with Kuehne+Nagel LTL
  • Your User Name
  • Your Client Code

Registering for Credentials

Contact a Kuehne+Nagel LTL+ representative to set up an account. Use their contact page to find a specific representative or call 1-800-426-8896.

Adding Kuehne+Nagel LTL+

Once you have your credentials, follow these steps to set up Kuehne+Nagel LTL+ in ShipperHQ.

  1. Log into your ShipperHQ account and navigate to the Advanced Features link in the left navigation menu.

  2. Click to enable the LTL Advanced Feature.

  3. Navigate to the Carriers link in the left navigation menu.

  4. Click + New to add a new carrier.

  5. Choose the Live Rate Carrier option.

  6. Use the Search Carriers option to find Kuehne+Nagel LTL+ or scroll down to locate it from the list of available carriers.

  7. Click Kuehne+Nagel LTL+. 💡 Adding Kuehne+Nagel LTL+ requires the LTL Freight advanced feature. You are prompted to enable this feature if it is not already enabled:

    • Click the toggle button to enable the LTL Freight feature
    • Click the Continue button

  8. Continue connecting your carrier account to ShipperHQ.

Steps to Validate This Carrier

  1. Enter the credentials provided by Kuehne+Nagel LTL+:

    • Kuehne+Nagel LTL+ User Name
    • Client Code
    • Shipment Direction (Outbound, Inbound, or Drop)

  2. Click the Validate button to complete the validation process. 😊

If validation is successful, toggle to enable the Kuehne+Nagel LTL+ carrier.

💡 If validation fails, please Contact ShipperHQ Support for help, or review your credentials for accuracy and try again.

  1. Click the Configure This Carrier button after a successful validation.
  2. Edit any settings for this carrier, then click Save to complete the setup.
  3. Your Kuehne+Nagel LTL+ Freight carrier is now enabled and ready for configuration. ✅
