How to Configure Pickup Locations in ShipperHQ
Set up customer pickup locations for in-store collection of purchases

Overview
Pickup Locations allow customers to collect their products from defined places using the In-Store Pickup feature. Once you enable In-Store Pickup and set up an In-Store Pickup Custom Carrier, the next step is to configure the locations.
Set Up Pickup Locations
- Navigate to Pickup Locations from the left navigation menu.
- Click +New on the Pickup Locations page.
- In the Basic panel:
- Enter the Pickup Location Name and Checkout Description, which will be shown to customers at checkout.
- Plug the Assigned Pick Up Carriers into your In-Store Pickup Carrier. This connects the pickup location to the carrier, making it visible at checkout.

Fill in the correct address details under the Address panel to ensure accuracy.
- On Magento and Zoey: Within Send Email, choose when to send an email for the order (when placed, on invoice issue, or not at all). You may need to set up emails from within Magento.
- In the Optional panel:
- Enter Store Hours to display to customers during checkout.
- Set Blackout Pickup Dates or Days.
Note: This feature is supported on Shopify using Checkout Blocks and is also available for BigCommerce merchants with Calendar & Pickup enabled.
- In the Optional panel, you can opt to show the Store on a Map.
