Want to change the email address linked to your ShipperHQ account? 😊 Our support team is here to help. Follow the simple process below to get started.
Process
All requests to update your account's email address need to go through the ShipperHQ support team. To submit a request, please include:
- The company name associated with your account
- Your current account email address
- The new email address you wish to use
Don't forget to mention if you'd like this new email to replace the existing billing address too.
💡 Please note:
Shopify and BigCommerce email accounts are managed internally by each platform and are only used for integration with ShipperHQ.
You cannot change the ShipperHQ email account used with these platforms, but you can add, edit, or remove platform access from your platform’s dashboard.
