How to Set Up or Update ShipperHQ Billing Information
Select and enter payment details for your ShipperHQ plan subscription

This guide helps you choose a ShipperHQ plan and enter your payment details. If your trial period has ended or you want to update your billing information, follow these steps. 😊

Choosing Your ShipperHQ Plan
During the free trial, you enjoy features from the Standard plan.
You can explore a full comparison of features for each plan on the Pricing page. There is also a summary on your Account Settings page.
In the dashboard, go to My Account > Billing
. From here, choose your plan. Opt for monthly billing or save with an annual plan.
After choosing your billing frequency and plan, continue with the Set Up Billing button.
For Enterprise plans, reach out to us and a Sales team member will help tailor a plan for your needs. 💡
Set Up Billing
Clicking the Set Up Billing button will present a summary of your plan, payments, and dates. Fill in your billing address and payment card details. To pay using PayPal, click the PayPal button above the card details fields.
⚠️ Note: We do not accept Amex in the UK.
Changing Billing Details
To update billing details, go to My Account > Billing
and click the Change Billing Details button.
For security, you cannot change details on an existing payment method. Use the + add new payment method button to enter new billing details, then delete the old ones.
When adding billing information, click + add new payment method and enter your details. To make a new payment card the default, check the Make this my default payment method box.
You can remove old payment information as long as it's not marked as the default payment method. To set a new default method, click the Make Default link next to the card you want to use. ✅
