When you first log in to the ShipperHQ Dashboard, you'll find a setup assistant walkthrough ("Welcome to ShipperHQ!"). For detailed steps, follow the links provided.

Step 1: Add Your Website URL

Learn how to add your ecommerce website URL to the account settings in the dashboard. This initial step connects your ecommerce site to ShipperHQ; additional credentials and connections will follow.

Step 2: Set Up Your Origin

Set up a single origin using this guide. Remember, this origin must be in the U.S.

Step 3: Validate your FedEx account for Hold at Location

This article provides an in-depth look at setting up a FedEx account, gathering credentials, and validating them to test a live rate. But you can also input your credentials directly into the dashboard for a quick setup.

Step 4: Setting Up Shipping Zones
