Prioritize specific shipping carriers at checkout for optimal display order

Overview

Carriers on the checkout can be arranged to show at the top or bottom, depending on the sort order value you set. By default, they appear based on cost, with the least expensive options at the top. 😊

Setup

Imagine you are using both UPS and USPS, and USPS is currently at the top because it is less expensive. However, you want UPS to display at the top instead. You can adjust this by navigating to the carrier settings: go to Carriers > UPS > Advanced > Sort Order. The key is to set a lower number for UPS to appear higher on the checkout list. For example, use 0 to keep UPS at the top.
